BOUNDARY SURVEYS
A boundary survey determines the location of property lines and the monuments the property corners as described in the deed.
All property corners will be monumented with either new property pins or existing points found (pipes, pins, drill holes, etc..) These points will be clearly marked and are "witnessed" with a wood stake and bright flagging.
A map showing the boundaries and the survey information used to determine the boundaries is prepared.
In preparing the boundary survey, we will examine the deed, neighboring deeds, recorded plats and previous surveys for the property.
If asked for, items such as buildings, fences, and drives can be located and shown on the provided map.
